I have more than one "auto-ship" schedules set to accommodate varying amounts of time between the need to replenish different supplies. Occasionally something comes up that pushes the need up or back, and it's SO easy to access the account and change the next delivery date, which then updates all subsequent deliveries to keep the typical time between intact. The alert email that comes about a week ahead of the scheduled shipment is a terrific reminder in case it needs to be moved. And the deliveries are always prompt and occur as anticipated. The only time I had a question about a shipment that wasn't already answered on the website FAQ, I called and was not kept waiting, and the person who helped worked it out in less than a few minutes. Add to all of this the convenience of not having to lug heavy bags/cans of pet food across the city with no car - I cannot say enough good things about how easy and helpful PetFlow has been! Flawless.
