Just ordered some flowers from here as they were the best I found online! The autumn flowers are stunning and the bunch looks beautiful, we have our friend's dad's first anniversary on Monday and instead of the usual sympathy flowers we wanted to send something different. Worse service I ever received online. Order was late, boohoo had cancelled it without telling me although they later realised my order was infact in stock, re-order took all day to sort (poor girl in customer service,) paid for next day, didn't come next day. When it did arrive was bad quality and too big, then took ages to get a refund and was credited to boohoo account and not my bank account, which is how I had paid. Long drawn out process of over a month which has made me extremely reluctant to shop on there ever again!
