Product good, customer service needs some attention
I ordered some new pans and the order was confirmed by email by 3.47pm so I expected them to arrive the next day as per the promise of ordering by 4pm with next day delivery. They did not arrive until the following day. When I queried this I was told that the money had not arrived until after 4pm, although they had sent out a confirmation.
The pans were well packaged, though one had a slight defect on the lip, but in view of my previous problems with ProCook I could not face returning it!

Good service with delivery at the due time
I had difficulty finding the product (a turfing iron) anywhere else and needed it urgently. Fortunately the ordering and delivery from Hobuk was excellent..
