CityLink failed to deliver twice, blamed me for not being in, when I was and claimed to have left a card each time, when they did not and could not describe my house/door. Then told me I had to go to their depot to collect.
Charlies customer support were fantastic, CityLink support was a disaster. Charlies took on board the problem and resolved it pretty quickly. I hope Charlies uses another courier in future on this experience I wouldn't touch CityLink with a bargepole, but will go back to Charlies.
