The item came next day which I was delighted with. Having checked it I requested a replacement be sent as the item was mucky in places.
I posted the item paying out of my own pocket. I heard back a day or two later saying there were none left in my size. I asked for a refund so I could get another elsewhere. I also asked about have the postage costs refunded. They said they could either send a cheque or pay into my paypal account. Luckily my girlfriend has one.
I'll use them again. It was just annoying having to pay to return the item myself as I'm skint enough as it is at the moment. Granted I got the postage costs back but it was a hassle. Surely they could have a pre-paid postage system like play.com etc.
