On the 23/08 this year I ordered an Eheim pump. When it was delivered not only was it damaged but it had obviously been used. It was returned and a refund given several days later. Meanwhile I still had to await delivery on a replacement item under a separate order.
On 04/9 this year I ordered a Koralia Wavemaster kit. The web page quotes delivery as being two to three days. Charterhouse advised that it would be despatched on 10/09. On telephoning that day I was advised that the item had not been in stock when I ordered it and was still not in stock. Despite this they had debited my credit card. This as far as I am aware is not legal or accepted practice.
I have obtained a refund from the firm and have purchased the item from another firm. This is the last time that I will purchase any item from Charterhouse.
