Dreadful supplier

Order placed on 30th Aug 2012 still not despatched as on 10/9/2012. No response to e-mails. Will never use again

We contacted Mrs Crabtree several times by email, asking if they would like a refund or for us to resend her order to an alternative address as the original order was unfortuantely not received by the customer. Sadly, we did not get a reply from the customer.
