The first Bouji item was well received and appeciated. I liked the product and pressed ahead with a 3 seat sofa, chair and ottoman purchase order.
5 hours waiting in on a Saturday to be advised an hour after the window closed from the carrier of a 'failed delivery'. This morning's complaint by me led me to believe that Made.com employ people who do not grasp basic English.
The carrier's subcontracted call centre to Serco contacted me later. I spoke to a person called Rupert in Worcester who was not able to address my simple complaint or even issue a complaint reference number.
The slick made.com website does not handle over to the carrier with several days elapsing before a status update is available.
