Lousy logistics with very poor customer services.

The first Bouji item was well received and appeciated. I liked the product and pressed ahead with a 3 seat sofa, chair and ottoman purchase order.
5 hours waiting in on a Saturday to be advised an hour after the window closed from the carrier of a 'failed delivery'. This morning's complaint by me led me to believe that employ people who do not grasp basic English.
The carrier's subcontracted call centre to Serco contacted me later. I spoke to a person called Rupert in Worcester who was not able to address my simple complaint or even issue a complaint reference number.
The slick website does not handle over to the carrier with several days elapsing before a status update is available.
