Well simple really... E-Ticket says i return to london heathrow ( where i want to go )
I end up at London City airport.
My problem is this, this company do not have a care in the world about your complaints. Ive rang them now 4 times and everytime i get someone that is rude on the otherside of the line. They fail to give you a update on whose responsible.
Ive phoned the Airline and they are adamant its bravoflys fault, so why cant i get some compensation for ended up nearly a hour and a half away from where i needed to be? Why should i have to pay for this service?
Never again!
