Bought a washing machine that never worked right from new, despite endless call outs, while in and then out of warranty Currys did nothing to solve the problems, when the machine BLEW UP, Top and front exploded off the machine, they offered £103.00, customers service just send set lines, and seem to have no interest or ability in resolving the problem, or an unhappy customer, so happy to see you in court currys and I know it will cost a lot more than £103
Jet2 were great when they started out, but while the flights are still OK, the booking, charges and customer service is a shambles. No e-mail address for a .com business says it all!! They removed their account on Twitter, they do not reply on Facebook (but then block you) basically they are not able or willing to deal with, or take criticism, the best companies are the ones who have the ability and willingness to deal with a problem, not hide from it. Often on booking the price shown suddenly shoots up (watch out) they give points but you can never use them, no flights available, then they delete the points before you can use them. Charges for changes are totally unreasonable, just read the reviews on other sites. You try to contact them but get no reply, unless you use the expensive phone lines, no one expects the earth from a budget airline, but we do expect them to be fair, sadly Jet2 are no longer fair, that in my book = poor customer service.
