Minor glitch on Website quickly sorted. Great service.

I ordered a Loewe Xelos Smart TV from Divine Audio using the company website. On completing my purchase using PayPal there appeared to be no record of my order on the website. Next day I called the company and was promptly put through to a very helpful employee who informed me that when paying by PayPal the system overides any email address you enter and sets up an account using your registered PayPal address.

Signed into the website using my PayPal address and found my order which was delivered free next day. I'm very pleased with the TV and still amazed at the price I paid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Divine Audio based on my experience with this order.
