From the short telephone call to establish if the B&W speakers were in stock (shown on the website), through to a very easy and efficient website ordering process and finally next day free delivery as promised, all in all excellent service. I was enjoying the output from the MM1 speakers in my refurbished home study the next day, the icing on the cake!
