I’ve always been a bit dubious about 'customer reviews' especially when they heap praise on a retailer as it’s always hard to distinction between a genuine customer experience or clever viral advertising. Turns out that I needn’t have worried. To cut a long story, I was looking to purchase a Musical Fidelity V Can II, saw Hifi Gear on the net, thought I’d given them a try. I placed my order on Friday morning around 9am, received an email minutes later confirming my order was received and being processed. I received another email around noon informing me that the item had been posted. Then on Monday morning I received a text message from Hifi Gear telling me that the item was due for delivery on Tuesday and the driver details, including a contact number. The item arrived well packed and in perfect condition, so no complaints from me!
The V Can is an amazing product that really gets the best performance out of my Grado headphones. I tip my hat to you Musical Fidelity.
