We ordered a chair,expecting it in 2-3 weeks max. but waited over six weeks and eventually were told it was out of stock. We asked for a refund, and waited another 3 weeks at least. When the money did come through it was outwith the 60 day Paypal refund limit so we lost over £10 to Paypal because First Furniture was so slow , and had such poor communication with their suppliers, so we, the customers lost out.
