Arguscarhire

Very bad service and experience !

1. FOX Autorent ---- Our car was not available. We were made to wait over an hour till they found the right car, but wanted to give us a smaller vehicle at first --- before we complained.
2. FOX Autorent levied a 4 Euro daily rate (some 40 Euros in all) on our rental, which was neither in the contract or mentioned to us by the Arguscarhire representative when we put in the order.
3. All in all, very dissatisfied.
4. Expect a full refund and an apology for such shady business ethics.
