The head unit arrived after several discussions about would it fit what else was needed, apparently just the head unit would fit nothing else required.
After several hours of head scratching it was apparent that some sort of fitting kit was needed, so another phone call to CAC, yes a kit was needed so yet another day to wait with a big hole in the dashboard, the kit was going to arrive next day.
Next day arrives the no tracking advice yet recieved so yet another call to CAC, it turns out the kit was never shipped, I asked the question if I could source the item locally could I have a full refund on the kit, yes yes no problem they replied.
I did source the item and phoned them, to be told there would be a £5 admin charge for something that they forgot to ship.
Then the final surpise the maps are out of date and you have to pay £119 to navteq to get them updated.
All in not a good experience.
