Had treats for my daughters rabbit from pet supermarket and they arrived damaged, made a complaint and pet supermarket wanted photographic proof, items were replaced and sent quickly, same thing happened again so it was obvious that it was most likely the courier ( I saw delivery driver rattling parcel), pet supermarket promised me a refund although this took a few working days for them to action a refund I did actually receive it with no arguments. But the waiting for a refund to be actioned is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.
Have ordered from e5p, items great value, shame about the high postage cost, also when my items arrived they were crammed in, and were hard to get out of the packaging and due to the items being packed so tightly all 3 items had to go straight in the wash as they smelt bad. Doubt if I will use e5p again.
