Thanks for your review and your orders. With in-stock items ordered before 2pm, we always dispatch same day via next day carrier (or 1st class post if its a small item), this way we achieve next day delivery for the vast majority of the orders placed on our site.

For items placed, that require ordering in (i.e. not held in stock), we usually quote either 2-3 days or 3-5 days depending on the manufacturer involved.

We are constantly increasing stock range and depth (more than doubled in the last 12 months) so that we can offer an even higher percentage of our orders on a next day basis.

Thanks very much for your comments, we do take them on board and hope you'll use us again in the future. Please feel free to add a comment in checkout with a required delivery date if its urgent - we can usually sort something out on an individual order basis to meet your deadline.
