Worst Service Ever

Ordered on 27th Aug as Item supposed to be in Stock. Told on 29th it won't be in until 3rd, then told on 5th its not in until 10th!! Called by courier on 11th to be told it wont be delivered until 18th! Worst ever online shopping experience.
