Very disappointed by missing item in the delivery of my purchase. 4 Days after still missing...

I purchased two items together as a gift for a newborn girl and for her older sister. The idea was for them to receive their respective gifts at the same time, so that both of them would feel special despite all the attention to the younger little girl.
Well, only one item arrived (for the newborn). I had to e-mail the babycity who apoligized and told me the pending item had been redelivered. However, today, 4 days after, it's still missing and I have to spend time writing e-mails to get the problem fixed... With all the positive reviews about the speed and reliability of the delivery service, I wasn't expecting to have this problems.
