I found the agent Liz Don to be really efficient and knowledgeable about my trip. At first I wanted a couple of changes to the itinery and this was no problem at all and again was changed efficiently by Liz. Emails came thick and fast from Liz as she progressed the booking process.

Very impressed indeed.
