I ordered some kit needed to pull some foundations and could not have done the job without it. After I ordered the item, they realised that they did not have the correct one in stock. So they did not cause me any problems with delivery times they upgraded my product for free, ensuring that I could complete my work.

Whats most impressive about this story is that I did not have to persuade or even ask them to do this, they just did it when they realised their mistake.
