OK but a big 'but'

Good quality shoes, prompt service but the sizing is off (compared with another Ecco pair I have) and consequently the fit is poor. Major risk in buying shoes online but you expect a manufacturer to get consistency across its own range!

Bella Barista - For Coffee Lovers

Nerdy and nice

Bella Barista are coffee nerds in the nicest way - totally enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things coffee. The independent reviews they feature on their web site are informative, detailed, and, as far as I can tell, even handed. When you do decide to purchase, major items, such as coffee machines, these arrive promptly and double wrapped with their own helpful instructions to supplement those of the manufacturer. I've yet to experience Bella Barista's aftercare but I expect it will be as high quality as other areas of their service.

Too much 'Gaffe' in GiffGaff

Repeated billing errors (all in their favour of course) are blighting my experience of GiffGaff. This is when you realise why they are cheap - the customer service is clunky and time-wasting with pages of 'pre-determined' enquiry topics, none of which is relevant to your own problem. To justify the reliance on community forums and minimal paid manpower, their automated systems need to work reliably and this isn't happening(automated renewal of 'Goody Bag' hasn't worked for me either) . I think they'll be bought out by one of the big operators pretty soon and run as a 'budget alternative'.
