I ordered gifts for Christmas on the 10th December. They took the money from my card immediately signalling that delivery would take place between 12th-19th December. It is now the 22nd December and nothing has arrived. They have been trying to deliver to the incorrect address, there is no customer service to speak to, you can only email them and it takes them between 3-4 days to reply to your email.
I sent an email asking where my goods were and received nothing back for days. Eventually they told me they had corrected the address in the system and the parcel would be sent out. Nothing has arrived, nobody has got back to me and I am now left out of pocket and have to go and purchase more gifts.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
In one word... APPALLING.
We ordered 2 Manon chest of drawers, waited a good couple of months for the furniture to arrive. Not quite what we were expecting, furniture was much darker than the photos on line and one of the chest of drawers was damaged. We decided to get a refund and the Sleeproom were very accommodating. We purchased one of your French beds last year and loved everything about your company but the experience this time wasn't quite the same. Thanks for dealing with it quickly and organising a date to collect the furniture.
We hope to use you again in the future.
