I had read some negative reviews on Frooition, and despite this decided to go with my gut.
The negative reviews complained about poor communication within the frooition team, decreases in sales & whatnot due to page issues etc.
Please let me state that this has not been the case.
From the get go, I had about 73 questions - the sales team provided answers to all my questions, and even called me on the phone (we're in Australia, the call came from the UK) to confirm any details.
The process is quite streamlined, everything is broken up in sections. You're designated your own designer (in my case, Rich Cartwright) who did a great job on our page. We had slight amendments to make and Rich was accommodating to this.
Once the template is installed, it's relatively easy to apply. It's a good idea to read through all documentation, and most of the tutorials and videos will help you do this. A word of warning, we were coming from another listing platform 'Auctiva'. If you apply the template over an existing listing software, you will receive two sets of code in the one listing (the new frooition template will overlay on your existing). It's a good idea to contact your current listing software's support team and ask them how to migrate. If you're bulk applying the template to an existing listing out of selling manager pro within eBay, then this is a very quick and easy process.
All in all we have had no issues with our Frooition experience. Our listings look great and our store now looks like a genuine retail website!
