I ordered a lamp on the 13th of January 2012.
The estimated shipping date has been changed 4-5 times with various excuses. It now says the 12th of December 2012, 11 months after the item was ordered and paid for, but this date will undoubtedly also be changed.
I have been emailing them, asking for a refund for 6 months ++, they either refuse or simply don't respond.
EDIT1: Your "contracted" 34 weeks have passed. Please refund my payment.
EDIT2: After submitting my review, I was contacted by phone by a person working for this "company", who said that I would receive my refund if I removed a certain line from the review. I agreed to do so once my money was refunded. Another 7 weeks have passed, and I still haven't seen anything.
I would like to reiterate: do not buy anything from this "company".
EDIT3: After resubmitting my review, I received another reply promising to refund my payment. I still haven't seen anything.
EDIT4: After resubmitting my review, I was contacted by TrustPilot, who do not allow "accusations in the reviews". I have removed certain words, but reaffirm my distrust for this "company".
EDIT5: Another edit, another promise, all they do is ignore you to keep their "business" going.
