because i have not had the report yet the only thing I can say is i ordered the report on friday evening and i thought the questionair would automatically follow so that I could fill it in over the weekend but the questionaire was emailed on monday so i just think that 2 valuable days were wasted. Apart from that you get real good information about the products if you ring up
