I have taken 2 days off work in order to wait in for a delivery. I paid £20 for next day delivery on a Friday, expected the delivery by Tuesday at the latest. Not only did my delivery not turn up but I did not even get a notification that the delivery was even on its way from the delivery company. Upon ringing OFS, I was told the delivery will be here tomorrow. I explained that I can not take more days off work and informed them that NEXT DAY delivery charge of £20 should be refunded and the delivery rescheduled until Saturday. A big fat NO from OFS on both counts. But they did say I can email there customer services manager to complain. Gee thanks. ORDER CANCELLED.
I bought several items of furniture and have been very impressed with the build and finish of all the items. Even when I noticed a small fault with a chair, it was collected and replaced within days. Fantastic helpful staff especially from Milton Keynes, even though I ordered online, I managed to speak to them often. I am still waiting on a money box that has been delayed for 4 weeks but I have been offered an alternative or a refund. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend this company.
