Shedstore is the worst company I have ever dealt with

I ordered a Heritage Arbour on 26th April - estimated delivery 15 working days. Needless to say, when I placed the order, Shedstore immediately took my £353. Two months later, and after repeated communications with Pivotal (supplier of the arbour?) and Shedstore, neither Pivotal or Shedstore could give me any idea as to when my arbour would be delivered (and they were still advertising the arbour with a 15 day delivery). Furthermore, Pivotal refused to tell me the name of the company that was manufacturing the arbour. I asked for my money back and have received it today ie. over 2 months later. I will NEVER use Shedstore again.
