In this country we have become too used to a low standard of customer service where you're made to feel as if you're irritating the seller by asking them a simple question. It was like a breath of fresh air dealing with Dwell as their standard of customer service is so high. As well as the product being exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price, the purchase, delivery and follow up phone calls were a reminder of the level of customer service we should expect.
