I hired an office for two people at the Orchard Lea Windsor location for myself and my marketing manager to formulate a strategy outside the office.
On arrival they were completely unprepared saying they did not have an office ready for us.
We were placed in a box room which had a pillar in the middle of the room and the desks pushed up against the wall. The glass door (which did not shut) went straight from the business lounge therefore offering no privacy, especially bad when working with confidential matters on a laptop.
We asked to be moved, ideally to something with a window as the location is sold on its wonderful location, but this was point blank refused.
The room only had one working phone and one network cable, making it completely impractical for the purpose. We had a plug that couldn't fit into the floor sockets and were told that there were no extension leads/trailing sockets to enable us to plug this in.
I would strongly advise against using this location if you were looking for an external office to meet clients.
In my view, the service and office was terrible.
