We will never use them again!

If you want to use city-link service, be aware!

We have a city - link acc for about three months. Two services we subscribed. One is large letter and packets services where they act as an agent of Royal Mail. Bascially they collect items from us everyday and then drop them to Royal Mail for delivery. The service is generaly 4-6 days and slightly cheaper than what Royal Mail offered. However, it went wrong from the second days we started use them. The whole bags of packets went missing between their depots and it took them one week to realise it. Hence I have to contact all my clients to apologise for this unforeseen problem and repay them their cost on delivery. After that I decide not to use this service as I can not afford another MISTAKE like this.

The other service is city-link standard parcel delivery service. Funny enough, problem happened also from the second delivery. Parcel went missing and then turned up two days after. Although the servcie I subscribed was 24 hour delivery services, it took 72 hours to reach my client! And this is not the worse thing. When we checked the bill we received, we found they have over charged us by stating more weight than actual values. And there are a few cases where they said they collected and delivered two parcels, but actually there was only one!!!

We don't think we can continue work with a company like this! Their helpline are rubbish and they always ask us to contact depot where often nobody service there. And the help line number is 0844, so obviously we pay the call!
