Booked two apartments for my 30th birthday 8 weeks in advance. Received order confirmation via email that apartments were booked. 5 days before I was due to arrive - I contacted the apartments to confirm parking, the apartment said the bookings were cancelled due to payment.
I explained I hadnt heard anything or hadnt received any emails about cancellation .
The Apartments said i should contact laterooms.com if thats where I made my booking.
Laterooms said that my booking was still active and that they handnt been informed that the apartments had been cancelled.
Laterooms also said it wasnt there responsibility to contact me even though I booked through them.
In the end couldnt find accommodation cheaper enough to sleep 8 people so had to cancel.
