I made an ordering error - as the picture of product on website was not that described alongside it. Having received delivery I realised it was wrong and attempted to return - to spend double original order on right product. Terms on returns was unclear on excessive penalty - this amounted to pretty much the whole cost of original delivery! After some unpleasant negotiation this was reduced to about £100 loss for the return. I recommend you order through local agent or main supplier of product - with a reasonable returns policy.

We feel our description of the product on our website is clear and there are a few options and images showing different versions of the product. As we had delivered nearly a tonne of paving across the country to you and then needed to return it as a result of your ordering error, we only passed on to you the charges that we had incurred. We explain the returns process both in our terms and our frequently asked questions on our website and on the email confirmation sent to you, so again feel this is clear, however we appreciate your feedback.
