Don't use

Mailbox was shipped with a manufacturing defect. I contacted the service representative who asked that I e-mail photos of the problem. I did this immediately and was promised a response in 24 hours. Seven days later and three e-mails from me I was told they would issue a tag to recall the product- still no response on when or how. I finally installed what was shipped since there was no timely resolution.

Mailboxixchange has poor customer service and I wouldn't use again.
