Purchased a light at the Ideal Home show and advised we were going on holiday so it needed to be delivered after the 18th May 2010 once we had returned - we were told this was fine. The light was delivered the first week in May but fortunately a neighbour was around to store it for us. The light doesn't work, called to ask for a replacement, all of the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful and I was advised that we needed to pay £15 for a courier to collect the light and for an electrician to test that it is actually broken. Advised the customer services at Litecraft of the Trading Standards rules & regs and that they need to send us a replacement and collect the broken light at no cost to us and haven't heard anything since. So we are left with a broken light and nobody returning my calls. Now trying to contact Geoff Filson the MD but obviously that's easier said than done. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - GO TO JOHN LEWIS WHERE GREAT SERVICE IS ALWAYS GUARANTEED!
