I placed an order with Cybermarket and as soon as I had sent it, I realised I needed another item the same as I had just ordered. So quickly looked on my 'Recent searches,' found the item and placed another order!
When I only received one item, I emailed the company saying I thought both the items would come together. Much to my surprise I received a phone call from Rob, who made a search on paypal and could not find another order. He told me to check PayPal myself and ring him the following and he would send another item out.
An hour or so later I received another phone call from a young lady asking if me email had been answered. Thta to me is service beyond the call of duty! I would recommend Cybermarket without a doubt to anyone.
Unfortunately, when I place the second order it was from another company which I failed to notice, and I received the item this morning..
I ordered a lead from Lindy, had a problem with the payment and was not sure if it gone. Resent the payment and wondered if I had actually sent it twice. Contacted Lindy by email with my concern, I got an immediate reply saying they would check the order and if it had indeed been sent twice would cancel one right away. I was actually taken aback by their service and help.
Delivered next day, excellent quality. Would use again.
