Not fulfilling an on-line order during a sale

We ordered a set of 4 towels during a 50% off day but they only dispatched 3 with absolutely no explanation. There is no way of emailing this company so I had to telephone them at a cost to myself. They would only speak to me in general terms as we used my husbands card but it transpired that although they had stock they had run out of the 50% off stock. I thought it unfair they did not honor my sale, eventually they agreed to sell me one on my own card at 50% off, but they could not get their systems to accept the reduction - they left me on hold so long that I had to hang up to collect the kids. I phoned the next day but they had not recorded our conversation and the new adviser refused to sell me the towel - absolute rubbish!
