Excellent service and an excellent product
Recently took delivery of a beautiful Emaes Lounger, ordering was simple and chair arrived very well wrapped within days. I was e-mailed when the chair was dispatched and to confirm safe delivery, the chair was very easy to assemble, 4 bolts in total.
All I can say is I wish all internet companies were like this, I would recommend this company time and again.

Shocking Service - AVOID
Paid the £25 for a survey after being told we could have a soild flue burner, 3rd party engineer called and told me I should never have been given that information by Stovesareus. Please do not pay money to Stoves are us, find a local company and ask them to provide you a quote.

Not sure what all the fuss is about
Had no problem with this company, placed my order then found this review site while looking for a contact number to change my order. I emailed the company and somebody phoned me back within 20 minutes to change my order. When I arrived at work today my package was waiting for me on my desk.
