I ordered a soundbar for my Son for Christmas for £198.00 via their website that showed that it was instock on 10th December. Heard nothing from them, so on 17th December rang the phone number to find out when it was going to be despatched, only to be told it was out of stock (were they even going to tell me???? )and not going to be instock in time for Christmas. I asked for an immediate refund - I have now rang everyday for four days as the money still hasnt appeared back in my account - As I cannot afford to buy another one until the money comes back, its beginning to look like my son is going to be very disapointed on Christmas day. Also the phone number goes straight to a jingle when you ring, then if it isnt picked up within a couple of minutes the line goes dead !!!! - extremely disapointing and frustrating company to deal with.
