Rubbish T Mobile!
I don't want to spend my precious cash on an 0845 number being put on hold and listening to the soft sell for the next iphone. If the lines are busy, surely they should have a call back system in place . I cant wait until my contract ends with these jokers!
This is what we have resorted to as the result of a string of errors which not only remain an issue, apart from one, but are WORSE than before. Hence this email sent to them...

I now worry at what water damage has been caused due to this. We use both sinks daily.
- My kitchen sink is lifting/bowing from the worktop.
- A slow hinge is still yet to be fitted
- Screws loose from the dishwasher door
This service (which I’m paying monthly for) has been a shambles and headache and now we’re half-way through September and it’s STILL NOT FINISHED!
