I would put 0 stars if I was allowed as this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bed frame and mattress for my new house 2 weeks before I moved in.
First issue, they duplicated my order and charged me twice. I noticed this and "I" had to call and rectify. To be fair they were very good about this.
Ordered items for the Monday and then got messages saying they would be at my new property on the previous Friday. Rang up and notified this was unacceptable. Checked if everything was OK for Monday. Assured it was. Rang up again on the Monday morning to check everything was still coming. Again assured it was. Waited all day. NOTHING. Assumed would come the next day so waited in AGAIN. NO this was not the case."I" had to ring on Tuesday to find out what was wrong. 'Oh we have to re-book, is Wed OK?' No, please book for Thursday. No-one contacted me about this.
Wed - Mattress turns up 2 days late when I'm not there and contrary to my instructions the previous day. Call again. 'I will ask for it to be delivered on Thurs'. Mattress did arrive on Thurs. 10.30am on Thurs I again ring up to check on the status of the bed frame. 'Oh the depot didn't pass on the message to the couriers that it should be delievered Thursday. Is Friday OK?'
As of now I am still awaiting my order. This is the most ridiculous logistics system I have ever encountered and there are massive flaws at all levels. I am utterly disappointed by this company and feel they have done nowhere near enough to rectify the issues they have caused me.
