DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered from Allsole.com , which is part of the Hut group, and received completely the wrong pair of boots, they never offered a replacement and said that they would arrange for a courier to collect, but after 3 emails, 3 phone calls and waiting in all day on two occasions they have still not collected the boots. Just rang them again now and they have asked if I would prefer to return the product through my nearest collect+ store, so I don't have to wait in all day again.......Aaarrgggh! If you want an easy and straightforward online company, then do not deal with any company this is part of the Hut group!!!!
