Slow oh So Very slow

Ordered a Samsung Note on 11th March. for my daughters birthday on 31st March. Any reasonable company could easily deal with that. ( I thought )
The company regulalry updates the order status but it means nothing. My order has been in dispatch awaiting collection by courier for the last 5 days.
I have e-mailed them twice, The last reply today, informs me that it will be next week now before it is sent out
I have no faith in the company whatsoever and wonder now if they ever intend to send it at all,
I will never use the company again.

Rubbish company

3 weeks have passed and still I have Not recieved my order. They dont reply To any e-mails sent. and they fob you off on the phone. I asked for my money back ,which they promised to do. but I'm still waiting.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
