I have to say that after using Dolphin Fitness for the first time I am absolutely blown away by the speed of delivery and how cheap their supplements are. I have used MonsterSupplements in the past and always thought their delivery service and cost of products was cheap, which they are, but Dolphin Fitness are better. Like for like I saved about £10 on the 3 products I bought and because my order was over £80, i got next day delivery free and guess what......it arrived the next day. I'll definitely use Dolphin Fitness again and highly recommend other people too. MonsterSupplements have some competition on their hands!!!!!
I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled by the lack of customer service, the lies and the complete incompetence of this company. I placed an order last Tuesday (before 2pm) in order to get same day dispatch. Because my order was over £50 I qualified for free delivery and opted for that. On Thursday 7th I received an email to say that my items had been dispatched. One week after my order I still haven't received them. I was given a tracking reference with my order which I was only able to view in the Hermes website yesterday which said my order had been processed on 11 November. Yesterday I called numerous times but nobody was picking up the telephone. I sent an email to myprotein and so far I've not had a response. I sent an email to customer services team of The Hut Group - who own myprotein - and so far I've not had a response from them either. This poor excuse for a company has taken my money and not even processed my order or contacted me to let me know where my order is. In the past I've bought my supplements from Monster Supplements and even when ordering one item I choose their free delivery option (no limit on what you have to spend) and I've either received the item(s) two days after the orders have been placed or, on two occasions, the next day. I thought I'd give myprotein a go because of the positives I read on their supplements. I wish I'd never. To top it all I've just received the following email from them:

What a f**king joke. After the experience I've had with my very first order I will not be using them again and I strongly advise that you seriously consider putting your order with myprotein. Based on the amount of negative feedback this company has they will soon run out of custom and I give it two months before they either go into administration or receivership. DO NOT USE!!!!

I've been using Monster Supplements for almost 5 months now and I have to say they are the best for price, service and delivery. I'm not one to order for next day delivery and usually go for whatevers the cheapest/free but there have been occassions where I've ordered one day and had it delivered the next, at no extra cost. Great communication when the order's been placed and emails and texts to let you know when your delivery will be made. Excellent and friendly staff always on hand to answer any questions. Great online support. Easily the best company I've dealt with and wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Monster Supplements.
