Product OK delivery poor
We are putting together the shelving which takes time but it all seems to be there.
Delivery was over two days without any warning- second delivery had to be left outside as I could not stay in.

If you need a spare part for your car I have no hesitation in saying that Parts Gateway should be on your list to try. The guy I spoke to knew what I needed and it was sent safely by post within a couple of days. Great service.

I am very sorry the delivery wasn’t a fast as we would have liked,
Having a look at the order the order was placed on the 4th in the afternoon and delivery was made on the 6th in the afternoon which is within the 2 days we quote.
I can see there was leave as instructions left on the order for the driver, I have sent you a Sorry pack which you should receive in the next couple of days and this will give you some discount off your next order.
