It's already 6 days I can't receive my parcel. The DHL staff find it difficult to identify my order when I call them on the toll number. After 5 minutes they usually find my parcel and give another toll number to arrange re-delivery. First delivery did not leave any evidence of visiting my flat. Today again I personally waited for whole day for the urgent parcel to be delivered. Noone. I've been trying to reach DHL on the phone. Each time takes 6 minutes to be finally automatically disconnected with no response. To be honest, now I don't know what is to be my next action. Sad.
