Good Company rubbish courier
ordered saw from power tool world v good saw excellent dispatch time but the courier they use was hopeless- dpd

Dissapointing
They texted me saying delivery would arrive between 1425 and 1545 so i was very impressed but after a few hrs of waiting they emailed saying their driver tried to deliver but i was not in. Not true I was in (took a day off work) and my phone was on.. no doorbell ring or text or phone call. Then I received an email to tell me I was not in ...and the driver left a calling card- not true no calling card nothing. Went on their website no direct to depot phone number only an automated answering service asking me to rebook a redelivery haha i thought Im not wasting another day off work. Eventually I found online a direct landline to their depot and have arranged to go and pick up the parcel myself this evening I hope. I have had the same experience with parcel force , city couriers etc etc so to be fair dpd are no worse than them, but they certainly arent better. I always use Royal mail if I have a choice because they do tend to leave a card and their depot is easy to get to from my house.

I am sorry that you feel that the delivery was poor however we despatched your order on the day it was placed on an overnight delivery, DPD tried to deliver it at 3.15 pm the following day but could not get access to the flats where you live but they left a card and you collected it later on that day from the local depot.
