I was worried at first!

I used the website computer scan to find what the motherboard/memory type was and it nailed it first time.
I was worried at first as I hadn't upgraded memory before, but Kerry gave me the advice I needed and I submitted my order. On receiving the package I was surprised to find a jiffy bag with a freepost return label.
My impression of the company was suddenly raised even more.
I followed the advice given only to find that my pc wouldn't start up.
Upon checking I discovered that I had dislodged an IDE plug and, upon reconnecting and powering back up, lo and behold! My pc now has 4gb memory (it's an old one.)
My thanks to Mr Memory for such a smooth and easy upgrade!
