I ordered a bottle of Christian Dior - 2 weeks later I was sent a bottle of Chanel. When I called to explain the misunderstanding, I was told that I could keep the Chanel item i had received and would get a 15% discount off my next purchase! When I asked when I would receive the item I ordered, I was told 'sorry sir, sometimes we cannot guarantee what is sent from our warehouse'.
After arguing with so-called customer services for up to 30 minutes, I eventually was told they would send the correct product. So I documented this in writing only to receive a response telling me that I am a liar and this is not what had been agreed. So I am still without the product I ordered... and it doesn't look like Scentmall will ever deliver!
SCENTMALL is both unprofessional and should not be trusted and this is a gypsy operation. I will be following the chargeback process with Visa to ensure I get a full refund.
